What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
That’s completely normal. We’ll plan a relaxed session with gentle prompts, movement, and time to settle in. You can add any preferences to your booking notes.
Can I download my photos at full quality?
Yes. Photos uploaded to your private gallery are stored as the original files. The download button delivers that original file without resizing or recompression.
How do booking and deposits work?
Choose a package, date, and time to send a session request. The studio confirms the details and can issue a deposit invoice. Pay cash at your photo session or arrange Cash App payment with us. Your invoice updates when an admin confirms payment.
Who can see my private gallery?
Your signed-in customer account and the studio admins can access your gallery. Other customer accounts cannot view or download your photos.
What happens if the weather changes?
Send the studio a message through your client space to discuss a backup plan. You can cancel a request and book a different available date.
